Computer – You’ll need a computer to perform online. Check with the requirements of the webcam site you sign up for. Most new computers should work fine. If you’re a Mac user, make sure that the software can run on Macs, as some camming sites require Windows to operate.

Webcam – An HD webcam is highly suggested and some camming sites require it. You’ll make more money by broadcasting in HD, opposed to using a stock laptop webcam. Anything that you can do to improve the quality of your feed will ultimately lead to a better show and more profits. If you only have a stock laptop webcam and can’t afford an HD webcam, you can still get started, but it’s suggested that you upgrade ASAP.

Place To Perform – You’ll also need a place to perform. Most models will either broadcast from their bedroom or a specific room dedicated to camming.
